Snowtown Film Festival, a winter celebration of film, is held annually in historic downtown Watertown, NY. Over the past seven years STFF has grown from a humble film-lover’s weekend to a community-wide celebration of filmmaking. Home of the flannel casual red carpet reception, the festival features films that emphasize winter and the “North Country spirit”.  Official selections, a juried short film competition, filmmaker panel discussions and an awards ceremony, culminating in a unique, culturally-enriching event in the depth of lake effect snow season.

STFF is going virtual for the 2021 celebration on January 29 - February 7, 2021. Working with the online film festival platformEventive, STFF will present over 50 short films, official selections, and panel conversations. Pass holders will have access to Eventive through AppleTV and Roku, or directly through the internet.

The 2021 festival will open with a Facebook Live preview party for the public on Friday, January 29 at 6pm. Festival organizers will walk through the virtual format and provide a rundown of this year's programming. Films will go live to pass holders on Saturday, January 30th.

Eventive provides full audience support. On each screening page, there is a "Need Help" button that takes audience members to an Audience FAQ page. If unable to find the answer in the FAQ, live chat support is available here. If all else fails contact our help desk at 315-222-3928.
