One month before all eyes take to Hollywood for the 88th Annual Academy Awards, the red carpet is coming to downtown Watertown ..."North Country style." Snowtown Film Festival opens on Friday, January 29th at 6:30pm, with a "flannel-casual" red carpet reception and 7:30pm screening of the 1982 frozen sci-fi chiller "The Thing," directed by Carthage native John Carpenter.
